The tool extremely helpful, and will be even more so when it stops writing out
the padding for region-before and region-after.

After applying this patch, one may use FOP trunk (0.91svn) to convert the word
document into a PDF (or in theory to RTF, once the FOP RTF renderer is fixed ;-)).
