On Windows 2000, Apache 2.2.4 fails to get remote IPs; it reports 0.0.0.0 for all connections in the logfiles. The 0.0.0.0 IP is also passed on to PHP scripts; which breaks functionality that depend on remote hostsnames and IPs. This bug is specific in Apache 2.2.4 on Windows 2000; the bug does not appear in other Windows versions, nor with any prior version of Apache on Windows 2000.
