If a cut or copy is done, the acml files are not included. I can understand this not working if there were only inherited policies. However, the acml isn't cut or copied even if they belonged to the node being cut/copied.
Hmm, IMO we have to handle that careful. Imagine the following situation: /foo (public) /foo1 /bar (private) If you now copy /foo1 to bar: /bar /foo1 This way, you create a public area in a private branch. But I guess you're right and the sitemanger just has to know what she does.
