Description Eric van der Vlist 2001-10-31 12:25:20 UTC
Title says it all ;=) ...

The rec says:

"Additional digits can be used to increase the precision of fractional seconds
if desired i.e the format ss.ss... with any number of digits after the decimal
point is supported."

PS: Can you tell me if this code is common with XercesJ-2 which gives exactly
the same error message or if I should also open a bug against XercesJ-2?

Thanks

Eric
