Problematic svg document

Squiggle 1.6 is not rendering an image in the top right corner of the document.

The original document is a PDF generated using Ghostscript. The svg document was created by PDFTron tool. The resulting svg document is rendered correctly using other svg viewers.

Analyzing the svg document, we can see that there are several image tags instead of a single tag to render the whole image (the image is rendered pixel by pixel).

Attached are the svg document and a snapshot of the correct output in Internet Explorer 6.0.
