As of today (June 15 2011), the links to the download pages of the Zip archive format are broken so there is no way to download the library.

The main download link on the Using page

http://tomcat.apache.org/taglibs/site/using.html

points to

http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_taglibs.html.

I realise that the downloads are still stored under the jakarta dist area, but it is not appropriate to use the jakarta pages to link to them.

Please create your own local download pages; these will be needed anyway as soon as a new release is made.

I've pointed the various site links away from Jakarta and to the Archives.
