This is a very minor point.

/Users/benson/x/oap/it/ant-blocks/service-control.xml:53: javax.script.ScriptException: sun.org.mozilla.javascript.internal.EcmaError: ReferenceError: "property" is not defined. (<Unknown source>#14) in <Unknown source> at line number 14

Why not give Rhino the pathname of the ant build file, and line number (in this case 53), so that the Javascript exception points directly to the right place, instead of requiring the reader to be an adding machine?
