The Bugzilla version drop-down box does not offer an "unknown" setting.

This would be useful for some modules, e.g. mod_mbox, which are not part of the httpd distribution.

Question; should subprojects really be components?  Or are mod_mbox, mod_fcgid
and mod_ftp actually products?
