Only match MSIE 1-5 in docs/conf/extra/httpd-ssl.conf.in

The change from bug 49484 was updated with r1132793 which has the downside that when we hit IE 20 it will need to be changed again.

If the match anchors on the period in the version string then it is easy to only match v1-v5 and not every match v10, v20, or the like.

A more aggressive approach as been applied in r1828373 (trunk only for now)
