When using pool debug, the testall fails.

Steps to reproduce:
$ tar -xvf  apr-1.4.6.tar.bz2
$ cd apr-1.4.6/
$ ./configure --enable-pool-debug=all --enable-threads
$ make
$ cd test
$ make
$ ./testall
