SSLProtocol with two non +/- arguments (in one directive invocation or two) is not intuitive.  e.g. SSLProtocol FOO BAR is equivalent to SSLProtocol BAR.  

This is defensible but not intuitive.  Since this could be disruptive, maybe a warning would be nice iff they appear in the same directive invocation as in above.

When someone looks into this issue, please also have a look on the comments (especially #2) I've made in the duplicate bug #52821.

Retitling the bug as it also affects SSLProxyProtocol.
