Comparison of preview vs. opening in PPT

I have an application that exports a powerpoint representation of the view.  When the exported file is shown in the Mac preview, it is rendered incompletely. (see attached image)

I'll also attach the generated file.

Originally it was a Div/0 error, because of a 0 width, which resulted in a path containing a NaN value. I've refactored the path conversion and applied the EMU->points conversion via the AffineTransformation.
