Escape the percent

Percent is special in crontab files and must be escaped.
See patch.

If this were fixed, it would be possible to use the entry instead of the next one, which currently relies on a script that does not appear to be in SVN.

Patch applied and the fied line activated instead of the unavailable script in 1828962.
