The translation of "Precise Throughput Timer" label is not done in French.

You can translate https://github.com/apache/jmeter/blob/e2a04e655c962da32c878bd4982458ab89e6b392/src/components/org/apache/jmeter/timers/poissonarrivals/PreciseThroughputTimerResources_fr.properties file and propose a PR
