Steps: - Open Jmeter 5.1 - Add View result tree listener. - Browse any saved result file and click on "Response data" tab. - Observe the search field in fron of "Find". Issue: The search field is so small that even a single character is not visible.
Can you be more specific on your environment? I followed your steps with current trunk (which should be pretty much the same as 5.1.1) on Ubuntu 18.04 with 1.8.0 201 and had no trouble with the size of the search field.
