I’ am use POI with Cocoon to create Excelfiles. To view these files i use Excel 
97 SR-2. I Use in my Stylesheet the value A4 in the gmr:paper-Tag like the 
example regress.xml. If i print the generated File in the printdialog us-Letter 
is selected.

currently neither the serializer nor the API supports paper size changes.  The
serializer is simply ignoring it.  If someone was motivated enough this should
be simple to add.  Of course it would be simpler for someone with an A4 printer ;-)

You sure you want to commit this as a 2.0 feature?  I was kinda leaving it
opened as "might not be implemented in 2.0" -- because my plate is plenty full
for 2.0..  Basically if someone contributes this one...we'll apply the patch...
Unless you use A4 in AU and were hot to fix this... ;-)

Can we get a 3.0 release in the drop-down?  Can I get permission to add that?

we now have a patch.  if it doesn't fix this then please open a new one against
it once the patch is applied.
