Java files have a Run File action in popup menu, which can also be invoked from
Run menu and using Shift+F6. JavaScript has a Run action and Run File action is
disabled. For consistence, ease of use and to make it easier to discover,
JavaScript should use the same Run File action that Java uses.

I could not find any existing API to do this, but I have a prototype of a simple
API that would allow doing it.

no time for this in 6.0, nobody else complains about this -> moving to future
