Need option to move editor tool bar to main tool bar via options

with small screen laptops like 15'4 wide screen
consecutive amount of space wastered editor tool bar and plenty of space remaining on main tool bar.
So need option to move editor tool bar to main tool bar

There are several workaround which may help you until this is implemented, unfortunately none of them is perfect :
- switch off the editor tool bar and use only shortcuts
- customize main toolbar to show small icons (right click on main tool bar)
- add new main toolbar and put some action from editor toolbar there, but not all actions are available in the customize
tool bar dialog. Mayby this may be the easies solution how to implement this.

PS. issues on module IDE are processed by QA team once a week, so don't be afraid it will get lost

if can please implement in 6.1 M1

but prefer single action to move toolbar
