System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1251; ru_RU (nb)

- create SynchronousSample
- open SynchronousSample.bpel file in source view
- press Ctrl-7 to move focus to Navigator
- expand combo with Veiw options

it contauns two BPEL Logical View and two XML View options

Vitaly, it happens ONLY if you switch to Navigator using "Ctrl-7".

With the 04/07/09 GF ESB installation, this "double option list" always appears in the Source View, even without 
the "Ctrl-7" mentioned in this ticket.

This can also be reproduced for the Mapper View by a triple-click on any assign node when in "BPEL Logical View". After 
the Editor changes to the Mapper View, if the user changes to "XML View" in Navigator, the "double option list" will 
appear for the Mapper View. [Note that a double-click does not reproduce it.]
