Description:

create j2see project and invoke "Import into CVS repository" wizard.
1. Choose your valid cvsroot (tested on local one)
2. press next
3. press back
4. press next => no warning that import message should be filled. User can be confused because he is not allowed to
finish import and the reason - why - is not provided as well.
