hi, 
this is a low priority one (i hope 5 is the lower one) ;
open a big class diagram and open your overview window navigator F8, 
then switch to full screen ( View / Full Screen ).
Your overview windows is no cleared with nothing in it. Even if you try to resize it, or switch back from full screen 
it's empty.
