It would be nice if the sql editor allowed the user to connect or disconnect the current session by right-clicking to
popup the context menu and select disconnect. Currently the editor connects automatically when the execute button is
pressed which is cool.

A disconnect action might make sense, but I'm not sure how a connect action would help, since, as you said, the
connection is connected automatically when needed.
