step to confirm the default URL:
  - Drag and Drop Hyperlink component (Standard, not Woodstock)
  - verify 'value' property

The default value is "http://www.sun.com/jscreator". I think it's better to change it to netbeans web site (e.g.
http://www.netbeans.org/)
