In Tools -> Options -> Editor -> Formatting, spaces per indent = 2, tab size = 2, expand
tabs to spaces = true

When editing a CSS file, I select a couple of lines that are not indented at all and press the tab key.  The lines are
indented 4 spaces instead of just 2.

I have seen this problem with two different projects in 6.5M1 and 6.5Beta.
