I would like to request adding an HTML Design tool bar with buttons like "bold", "underline", "unordered list", etc to
the upcoming Netbeans 7.0 Editor.

This toolbar would be used to easily add html tags to the current document. For example, A developer selected the words
"NetBeans IDE" and then click on the "bold" form the toolbar to have the tags "<strong>" wrapped around the selected
words. This would help to speed up developement time when creating/editing HMTL/PHP documents.
