Bpel Global Catalog entities can't be opened in editor or HTML page from the entity target NS is loaded.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Netbeans DTDs and XMl Schemas Catalogs Dialog (Tools - DTDs and XML Schemas)
2. expand BPEL Catalog node
3. select http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing node
4. press "Open in Editor" 
See the http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing html page is opened 
or if you don't have network connection then appears information message - "The document
SCHEMA:http://www.w3.org/2005/08/addressing (read only) could not be loaded".

The similar behavior is applicable to the all BPEL Catalog entities.
