NetBeans IDE 6.7 Beta (Build 200904242137)
Java: 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133
Mac OS X 10.5.6; UTF8; ja_JP (nb)

It seems that when line that contains Japanese characters are
not wrapped properly at wrap text mode.

On the example above, 

1st line: Japanese fullwidth characters
 123456789012345678901234567890....
2nd line: Only ascii
1234567890123456789012345678901234567890...
3rd line: mixed.
詳細レベル (低): 1234567890123456789012345678901234567890...

1st and 3rd lines are not wrapped properly.

Wrapped mode expects the same width of all characters.
