it would be awesome to be able if it was possible to search for all occurrences of f. ex. tag <someTag/> that has
attribute "rendered" set to value "false". even more awesome would be to be even able to search and replace specific
attribute values or remove attributes from tags. the highest possible awesomeness could even be reached by also
integrating regex with it...find all <someTag/> where the value of "value" is like "^[sS]omel33tRegex.*$"
