Description mdm42 2009-07-27 10:35:56 UTC
Importing a UML project (presumably created using NB5.x -- the projects in question were not created by me, and I have
no knowledge of the platforms used in creating the models -- these are models used for labwork in Sun's SL-425 course)
the UML module offers to convert the project files to the new format, but fails to do so.

Inspecting var/log/messages.log shows an XNIException (stack trace to be attached) due to an unrecognised encoding
("MacRoman") which seems to throw the converter into a near-infinite recursion.

Can you provide the project?
Comment 3 mdm42 2010-08-30 15:33:08 UTC
Sorry, it is not possible for me to provide the project in question as it is Sun proprietary material. Don't want to violate the Borg's copyright ;-)

Can you try with the latest builds? Some P2 issues have been already fixed and might be related to this.

This is the dev update center: http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/uml/lastStableBuild/artifact/build/updates/updates.xml

Delete your current UML plugins as the module versions have not been modified yet.
