Description Jesse Glick 2001-11-09 12:14:06 UTC
I am using [dev nov 8] in MDI mode with Linux 2.2.12, JDK 1.3.1_01,
Enlightenment sloppy focus, netbeans.popup.linuxhack=true.

If I invoke S-F10 to get a popup from the Explorer, all is well. I can navigate
all the menu items, including pressing Right on Tools... to get its submenu.

But if I invoke S-F10 from the Editor, the popup menu appears and I can traverse
it, but pressing Right while Tools... is selected does nothing (does not post
its submenu). If I then move the mouse over Tools..., the submenu is posted; if
I move the mouse over some item in the Tools... submenu, then I can continue
navigation with the keyboard, including Left to go back into the main popup and
close the Tools... submenu, move around, come back to Tools, Right to expand it
again and move within it. But after closing the main popup and invoking it again
with S-F10, the same problem appears.

Marking low priority since this is not a real problem for accessibility: if you
are in the Editor and wish to access tool actions, you can more easily use Alt-T
to get the main Tools menu open anyway. It is a minor annoyance only.
