1a) Rename tooltip from "Click to force garbage collection" to "Force Garbage Collection".

1b) Outside of the memory size possibly being visually reduced in the image when the garbage collector 'button' is pressed, there should be some other type
of visual clue (so the user knows something happened).  Examples: the button is visually pressed, the background briefly changes color and/or some window opens with garbage collection results.

2) Rename tooltip from "Will take a snapshot based on the thread dump (Alt+Shift+Y)" to something similar to "Take Thread-Dump Snapshot (Alt+Shift+Y)".
