1. I opened Plugin Manager , and added some plugins from local disk, so they were in table list at the Download tab...
2. But I give up installation for some reason.
3. Next time I opened the Plugin Manager, and switch to Download tab, the plugins are still in the list, I want to clean the list at one time(I know it can be removed one by one). But no way to do this.

expectation:
1. Add a "Clean" action in the context menu when right click in the list.
2. Add a "Clean" button above the list.

What about providing patch? It shall not be that hard.
