Netbeans does not show changes made when there are new packages with files added to cvs server.

for example, a new package 'javascript/' was added to cvs server with 3 javascript files inside.

But in Netbeans IDE, it did not mark any changes even though i'd clicked option 'View Changes' on the project root directory.
