Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to: Options/Fonts&Colors/Syntax
2. Option "PHP Documentor Comments" is not in the list of available languages

I think that it's not a defect...you can change colors of comments in "Fonts & Colors/PHP" and there "Comment" and "Documentation Keyword".

Imho it's just enhancement.
