Several times now, while deleting a C++ project from NetBeans IDE, NetBeans created an endless embedded folder structure, i.e. math1\math1\math1, that went down hundreds of levels causing me to dig manually with the command prompt as far as I could before the NTSF32 file system gagged. I then had to go up one level via cd.., move the folder to a new folder, go back to the top level, use: rd /s /q math1 @ the prompt, went to the new folder and continued the process again in the moved portion, and so forth. This was a very tedious process using two new folders named new and new2, and users have posted on other forums that NetBeans is one of the culprit programs that have this loop issue. (Why has no one posted this issue HERE before?!?!?!) 

I love NetBeans especially since it is multilingual, and hope this issue can be fixed.
