in project's context menu we have:
Code Assistance->Configure Code Assistance...
&
Code Assistance->Reconfigure Project...

The second action does nothing with Code Assistance. It reconfigures and rebuilds project itself and "recommends" (if someone reads texts) to "Reconfgure Code assistance" after build is finished.
Looks like the second action's placement should be
