Description KhArtNJava 2013-03-13 05:20:59 UTC
Hello.
I have a few projects of large amounts of data.
I often have to search the files of these projects.
At the end of the day I turn off the computer.
But the next day you have to re-look the fact that I was looking for yesterday.
Is it possible to save search results when you restart the ideal?
Sorry my bad English.
Best regards, Arthur.

Hello Arthur,
it's not currently possible.
Other results windows ("Find Usages", "Test Results") are not persisted, too, and it doesn't seem very useful to store results that can be outdated, so it's not planned to implement it in the near future.

What is the main problem for you? That searching takes a lot of time, or that you need to specify the same search criteria again after restart?

Kind regard,
 Jarda

Hello, Jarda.
Search process on big projects on my "slow" machine takes a lot of time.
