Hm. WIndows should open after underlying infrastructure is connected to device. Still reproducible? Yes, it is. I used distribution profile and ran Maps application on device, after some time (~1 minute) inspection windows are opened. Created attachment 138570 [details] webkit log Development on my iOS device is not yet possible due to troubles with certificate but if I run Cordova project on iOS device (I can deploy), then sometimes inspection windows (Browser DOM, CSS Styles, Network monitor) are opened and remain opened. Sometimes, they close after some time, sometimes it takes longer before they open. I think they should be either closed after some time (some timeout) or if possible to detect, never open in first place if I cannot use them. I'm attaching webkit log and IDE log, hope it helps.
