1. Run Refactor >> I&T.
2. Select Configuration and then Manage button.
3. Select "Default" and then Duplicate it.
4. There should be Default1 in the Configurations combo list. Click OK.
5. Default1 should be still showing for configuration. Click Manage button.
6. Delete Default1 and then click Cancel.

Results: Default1 still shows in Configurations although it was deleted.

Expected: A non-deleted configuration should show.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
