Build 200205240100 j2sdk1.4.1-build12

I am missing a functionality "Create group". In
the previous versions of IDE user could create a
group of breakpoints related to a particular
debugging.

debugger part of problem has been fixed
we are waiting on openide now

I have to reopen this issue, because I havn't found out a way how to
create a group of breakpoints. Build 200206260100
