Implement a mechanism to store referencies to
platform documentation.
Implement autoprobing for packed or unpacked
documentation at well-known locations within the
newly installed platform or at other
places already designated by the user.
Such detected pieces should be published as
javadoc resources in the platform definition,
possibly with some `prominent' flag.

This might need some inter-module cooperation with javadoc module.
