Created attachment 146104 [details] demonstrate the glyph change When I type in the editor a non-english letter (especially Greek) and the style needs to change to italics, then the glyphs seem to change. The actual value of the typed character is preserved, only the display image changes to another glyph. If I change the default (Monospace) font to something else, then the glyphs are correctly shown again. This happens only in default installation in OSX, not in other systems, like Linux. Attached there is a screenshot that demonstrates this problem. If I type e.g. the "α" character as a (missing) function, then the editor changes the style of this word to italics, but instead of display α (alpha), it displays δ (delta). As a proof, if you open the annotation, then indeed the letter is still "α" when displayed in non-italics fashion.
