It would be fantastic for HTML5 projects or subprojects of Java EE under "Web Pages" if the Chrome connector could be set up to proxy ports eg. to a server.

Currently this can be achieved by using Grunt to run a server with live previewing/auto-refresh and proxying, but it would be better if the Chrome connector could do this.

In the gruntfile.js, it can be done like this:

    connect: {
      proxies: [
        {
          context: '/myapp',
          host: 'localhost',
          port: 8080,
          https: false,
          changeOrigin: false
        }
      ],
      options: {
        port: 8383,
        // Change this to '0.0.0.0' to access the server from outside.
        hostname: 'localhost',
        livereload: 35729
      },
