GUEST: I was creating a Java DB

MackSix: 1. Installed NetBeans.
2.Activated Java SE.
3. Opened services window.
4. Created a new Java DB database by right clicking on Java DB.
5. This exception happened.

Reproducible. This does not occur in NetBeans IDE Dev-201502220001

Works for me now in:

Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 201502270001)
Java: 1.8.0_31; Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 25.31-b07
Runtime: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_31-b13
System: Windows 7 version 6.1 running on amd64; Cp1252; en_US (nb)
