Hi. After clicking to make an IDE up to date in notifications it shows that it downloads plugins, then after clicking a balloon to restart the IDE, the latter closes, but doesn't relaunches it. When I start it manually updates, as it seems, ain't applied. As it renotifies that there're updates.
