GUEST: When switching from source view to design view, IDE hangs most of the time.

tboudreau: Deleted a nested class after creating a class in the same package with the same name;  hints provider seems to go insane.

vv159170: removed inner static class

GUEST: I was manipulating some GUI Components in my form.

GUEST: I was trying to modify actionPermoned for JCheckBox from the Properties box.
