Sometimes, users want or need to use a development build of NetBeans, but would like to use a plugin from the Plugin Portal. Currently, they either need to register the plugin portal's AUC manually, or download and install the plugin manually.

I think it would make sense if development/daily builds would have the AUC for the most recent published version of NetBeans installed. I.e., currently, the dev builds would have the Plugin Portal's AUC for 8.1 registered, so plugins from the Plugin Portal could be installed easily to current dev build.

And how about wiring the experimental PPUC like [1] into 8.2 development builds which contain all 8.1 compatible plugins even without verifications?
