Steps to Reproduce
------------------

- Perform a search (CMD+F)
- Enable searching for regular expressions *
- Turn case sensitivity off *
- Shut down the IDE
- Start the IDE
- Perform a search


Expected Behaviour
------------------

IDE should remember search/replace settings.


Actual Behaviour
----------------

Search settings are not persisted and default back to non-regular expression and case sensitive search.


This is a regression as it used to work in 8.0 (may have been 7.x).

Reproducible, I am sorry, I will look at this.

While search is persistent, replace settings aren't.

I was sure I mentioned this but I wonder if it was another but report :-\
