Hello. Since some days ago, NetBeans 8.1 started to do some really intensive task on the CPU, ranging from 70 to 90%. Unfortunately I still don't have steps to reproduce the issue, since it happens apparently randomly. I'm attaching the profiler report.

Thanks

it looks like all I/O operations are slow. There is a lot GIT related code in the nps snapshot. Can you please capture snapshot once more (http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqProfileMeNow) and
1) attach npss file (not nps) - you can attach it directly to this bug from selfsampler tab
2) attach messages.log file at the time you captured the profiler snapshot.

Thanks.

Please also attach the IDE log: http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqLogMessagesFile

Hello, I'm having the same problem, suddenly (when not even working on the IDE) netbeans starts to use a lot of CPU. I attach the npss file and the messages.log file.
