STEPS: * Team > Checkout > Checkout Files ACTUAL: If the update Index checkbox is not selected, no Revision can be selected and clicking Checkout does nothing. EXPECTED: If the update Index checkbox is not selected, allow the user to select a Revision and on check out just extract the file from the revision but not update the Index.
